I established my business in 2006, providing advisory services that focus on developing and improving services that enrich the lives of members of society who experience social deprivation and limited access to healthcare. I share my own lived experience of disability in a context that relates to the client's requirements.
Presentations are flexible and align with the audience. The main focus is on the experience of disability in the workplace and the differences between employers who support the needs of individuals and those who have blanket policies that can be misinterpreted by decision makers, with negative impact on employees.
The challenges of working when disabled can make obtaining and maintaining employment difficult or even impossible. Australian antidiscrimination laws are in place to protect employees and job seekers with disabilities. However, legislation should never be a reason for supporting employees with disabilities.

This can lead to a lower level of impact across the target population. This initiative is scalable to any size workforce.
