As an independent NDIS support worker, with my own disability, I can provide a limited range of services. Please read the following to see if you are eligible. If you are unsure, feel free to contact me for a chat. If I am unable to assist you, I will try to help you to find an appropriate service in your area.
The following NDIS Participants are eligible for my services:
*If you don't have funds available in Finding and Keeping a Job, I am happy to work with you and your support coordinator or plan manager (if applicable) to use core funds from your NDIS plan. I would urge caution when doing this. Ensure you do not remove or reduce funds needed for critical supports.
*****I am currently engaging with registered providers, to develop a solution that would enable me to provide supports to Agency managed NDIS participants. Further details will be published when this service is available*****
It is preferred that you have undertaken an employment assessment under Therapeutic Supports: Employment Related Assessment And Counselling. However, this is not mandatory.
I am currently unable to assist Participants who are Agency-managed.
