Personalised Employment draws on aspects of the customised employment methodology. The service is person-centred and focuses on the individual's skills and interests in order to design a job that meets their needs and those of their employer. Alternatively it provides a personalised pathway to university, TAFE and other vocational or self-employment training. It is open to persons in high schools through to mature age, with or without work experience.
